Resistance Training For Weight Loss
Years ago, I took a long hard look at myself and thought: "I want to lose weight fast" because this pudgy body of mine is not going to work for me anymore. Nutrition was a side of the equation that did not come easily to me. I began to realize that my "I want to lose weight fast" desire must be replaced with a healthy diet and exercise to receive the steady weight loss results I craved.
