TOFU CHEESE CAKE
Ingredients: 2 8oz containers of Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese 1 ½ tsp of vanilla (without alcohol) 3 Tbs honey 1-2 tsp of lemon juice 1/8 tsp of sea salt ½ tsp of Kosher gelatin or substitute with 1 tsp Tapioca Starch (Asian Markets) ¼ cup hot water 1 Keebler Pie Crust Blueberry Cheese Cake: Add 1/3 cup shredded coconut and blend for 5 seconds Add 1 cup blueberries and blend for 5 seconds (frozen blueberries are ok) ...
