There are more than one problems which resemble bacterial vaginosis as far as signals are concerned, but bacterial vaginosis can be identified. A wet and patchy feeling in that area due to the flow of constant discharge, generally green, yellowish or white in colour, from the vaginal cavity is the biggest primary symptom of bacterial vaginosis.
