Tips For Chocolate Tasting At Chocolate Tasting Parties
What's better than a delicious decadent bite of sweet mouth watering chocolate?
Chocolate tasting parties perhaps?
You don't know what a chocolate tasting party is? You clearly don't know what you're missing.
Picture this.
5, 10, 15 or more plates of the best chocolate on the market ready for chocolate tasting at your leisure. Sound nummy? You bet it does.
How do you find out about such parties? Easy. Just call Guy or Irene at 509.993.7215 or 253.948.2509 and say, "I want to attend a chocolate tasting party" and leave the rest up to us.
But wait, there's more. If you are within the greater Spokane area and choose to host a no cost to you chocolate party where 10 or more adult participants participate we will give you a secret prize as a way of saying thank you.
I bet you want to know what the secret prize is.
If I told you it wouldn't be secret now would it?
Here's a hint. Think chocolate. That's not a hint! It's a dead give-away. Oh well, I guess that's the way the chocolate melts.
Speaking of hints, here are three secrets to greater enjoyment when participating in a chocolate tasting party.
#1: Taste in small amounts and return later for seconds on what you enjoyed.
I know, I know; it's chocolate. What's not to enjoy? But the pure fact of the matter is that when you over indulge you trade the sensual sensations of the moment for a much less fulfilling experience.
#2: Cleanse your palate between chocolates with unsalted crackers.
Remember those Coke verse Pepsi booths where they have you eat a cracker or two in-between taste tests? Now you know why they did that. With a clean palate the actual experience you receive is much closer to reality.
#3: Keep your chocolate at room temperature for at least 2-3 hours before the party for chocolate tasting success.
Okay, this tip is more for me when I bring the chocolate. But then it's for you too as you anxiously wait for that moment of sweet sensations to arrive at one of your own chocolate tasting parties.
With that said, pickup the phone right now. Your chocolate is waiting.
